i dont like it for the foul not foul, too many questions there. Whose to say where they wold have ended up if they change it from foul to fair, would then have been thrown out at a base...

but for HR calls, I do like it

I think if it's the foul-not foul call, it only has to be if the reversal to fair would be to a home run. If they do all fair-foul calls along the line, then if a foul ball is reversed to fair, the batter gets an extra pitch without a strike penalty (if it was the first or second strike) or gets a ground-rule double (if its after the second strike).
