Cards get rocked in first game

In case you missed it, the Mets beat the Cards last night 6-1. Carpenter pretty much got rocked and it was vintage Glavine for the Mets. Good way to start for the world champs!

Yeah. I just emailed some of my Cardinal "fan" co-workers to say that the cubs are already a 1/2 game over the Cards, and we haven't even played yet. Hopefully we'll be 1 game over in another few hours.

yea but I was at the Cardinal game and unveiling those 10 Championship banners trumped the loss
