Goosebumps moments....

This game is full of moments that are so highly emotional they give you goosebumps.... I was watching a clip today of Kerry Wood's first game back, and when he was warming up the fans go crazy..... goosebumps.

There are so many times I can remember, but I thought this would be a neat thread to start....

1. Kerry Wood's return
2. Ryne Sandberg's number retirement
3. Ron Santo's number retirement
(does anyone know the name of the music that they used for those retirements?)
4. Aramis' walk off homer against the Brewers
5. Back in 2005, I was at a game where it was Home Run heaven that day. In the first inning, Lee, Barrett, and Sosa went back to back to back. The Pirates came back and tied the game, Nefi hit a homer to break the tie, then in the 7th inning, Sosa comes up and hits a Grand Slam!
6. Barrett's homer off Isringhausen

I'll think of more.... feel free to add.

Here are a couple:

The ceremony to celebrate the 300th win for Greg Maddux.

The moment it was announced that the Cubs had become the 2007 NL Central Champions after the Padres beat the Brewers.

I was at #6, Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN, out in the right field bleachers. It wasn't just a homer, it was a GRAND SLAM! Cubs won that game to complete the early season sweep of the Redbirds.

Glenn Allen Hill's monster homer across the street.

Sammy Sosa's homer against the Florida Marlins in the play-off's was well struck too.

Last year, some of the the most exciting moments for me:

1. Aram Hr off of Cordero
2. Soriano completed comeback against the Rockies
3. Soriano's 3 HR game v.s. the Braves
4. Fuld's catch v.s. the Pirates
5. Derosa's game winning IF hit v.s. Cincy

To add to some of the Cubs most exciting moments:
Sanberg's 2 HR game v.s. the Cardinals
Sosa's HR derby performance in the All-star game in Atl.

I also have to add the day Harry came back to the air after his stroke. He broke down and started crying when he was saying "thank you" to the different people and talking about being back with us.

How about when Michael Barrett gave AJ "NO ONE IN BASEBALL LIKES ME" Pierzynski a good right hook. Then AJ went back to bench crying because he just got his ass beat up!
