I heard that if Brenly would have gotten the Brewers job that Gracie would have taken his job. I would have really liked Gracie in the booth. He almost makes D-Backs games entertaining to watch.

I would second that one in a heartbeat. BB in the dugout running the team, Lou & Len Kasper calling the game. One day while my wife and I were watching the game Lou went out to the mound, my wife asked me what is he telling the pitcher? My comment was "Lou is asking for directions to the washroom". OK I know I shouldn't be mean to sweet Lou but the Cub's should have played out the whole season rather than just mailing it in after they clinched. arghhhhhh After that they couldn't get anything going again.
