Question Signs of life??

This team barely has a heartbeat at times and when they win it's not convincing enough for me, however their are signs of putting a season together to challenge the lousy division.

What gets me is I can't get into them. Anyone else feel this way?

If you go back to some of the posts in the preseason- I think you will see the same thing. I said in a post yesterday I dont know what to think of the situation. Everytime I get excited they lose 4of 5. Truth is they are winning games right now. The starting pitching has been very good and as long as they can get to Marshall and Marmol they are okay. Hitting is going to be sporadic all season. Lee and Ram are really the only 2 proven good hitters this team has. You can throw Soriano in there as well but his best days are most likely over.

Honestly it is just a really boring team. No speed. The game is changing again. Bunting, stealing, hit and runs are becoming present again. The long ball is still there and this team can hit it, but it cant be relied on.

Our starting pitching has been very good- but honestly, with exception of Lily and Demps, do you really feel comfortable with the other 3. I know Harden was injury prone but I loved watching the guy pitch.

So that leaves the question- which Z and Aram will show up the next 100 plus games.

I think they're both done with the Cubs. I would like to see them moved if they agree to waive the no trade clause
