Lous new lineup

I cant say I dont like the changes because I do, but the one thing it for sure does is blow the heck out his(Lous) Righty/Lefty/ Righty/ Lefty and so on line up. This in turn blows the heck out of the idea to trade Derosa as well.

Fontenot right now is showing that he is not an everyday type player. Fukudome is slowly coming back to earth as his strikeouts are rising. Geo looks like he may be the next coming of Rick Wilkins. Bradley has already shown me the Kal Daniels approach.

I just want our old team back.

You're not going to score runs in the NL when the premium offensive position isn't even hitting at MLB average and your middle infielders have the range of a snail.

Save your dreams of DeRosa being here , he is not really tearing it up on the Indians .203 BA with 2 errors, Fontenot .235 with 0 errors .

Yea but DeRo's sub 700 OPS and all around crappy play would fit right in with this offense.

Today, Lou shuffled the line-up a little bit more. This time, it's just a change in the top three. Soriano is back to lead-off (he had a bloop single), Theriot moves to No. 2 (he reached on a sac bunt attempt that the catcher couldn't make a throw because three Cardinals all converged) and Fukudome batting third (he rolled an RBI single). All three of those guys scored. (Fukudome's RBI single scored Soriano, Lee's double scored Theriot and a Fontenot grounder scored Fukudome).

THis is making me nervous but these are good hitters and they will bounce out if it. Just boggles my mind how drunk Larussa does it every year.

Well, it helps when you have the baddest man on the planet hitting third.
