The first part of tonight's game will be shown on TNT until the completion of game one of the ALDS between the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians.

In tonight's game, Ted Lilly looks to improve his record following Cubs' losses, going 9-1 in the regular season.

This is being hastily put up, because I am still going through my e-mail while waiting for the game to start.

I am glad it's starting on TNT, and I wish it was staying there. Games have alot more viewing enjoyment in HD.

Soriano leads off, he takes a breaking ball for strike one. A fastball is fouled back, 0-2. Fastball up and away, ball one. Breaking ball in the dirt, swung and missed, it gets away from the catcher, who throws to first to get Soriano, one out.

Theriot takes a ball out of the zone. Fastball over for strike one. He fouls one off to the seats, 1-2. Breaking ball is fouled off the handle. Theriot lines a pitch to left for a one-out single.

Davis either is really concerned about Theriot or just doesn't want to pitch to DLee

Lee waits as Davis throws twice to first to keep Theriot close. Fastball is high, ball one. Breaking ball is fouled past third, 1-1. Curve is over for a called strike two. Breaking ball jams Lee, grounder to Ojeda, he flips to short to get the force, but the return throw is high, Lee beats it out.

Ramirez takes a strike, 0-1. He fouls off a high fastball, 0-2. Curve in the dirt, blocked by Snyder, ball one. Off speed pitch is high, 2-2. Breaking ball is fouled off, may have bounced beforehand. Curve ball is swung and missed, strike three. No runs, a hit and one left.

Middle 1st, Cubs 0, Diamondbacks coming up
