i predict nothing. a lot will depend on moves to be made. i am so glad schmidt dind't go to the cardinals hoever. brewers will have a better team. they really have some nice young talent.

Cubs 98-64
Cards 90-72 (8 GB)
Brewers 84-78 (14 GB)
Reds 70-92 (28 GB)

As it stands now... I'd go with
CUBS- Best lineup in division if not the NL. Need a starter.
ASTROS- I think they'll get Pettitte back, and their lineup is pretty solid.
CARDS- They play as a team. Need piching help.
REDS- They have a good young team.
BREWERS- Young team, but still young. Rotation is questionable.
PIRATES- Makings moves, but that's about it.

Does everyone really think the Cubs are the best team in the division as we stand now? We have to get another starter and someone to play CF first. Hopefully a lefty.

I'm not so sure we're a 98 win team right now.. but I do think we're the best team in the central.. I challenge you to find me a better lineup in the central, and a better complete team.. we've got a great bullpen, an awesome lineup, and our SP's are starting to look good..
