If this is how this series is going to go, I can't wait to see games two, three and four. Z vs. Sheets tomorrow.

One of the key things about tonight's game is that Solomon Torres will be unavailable tomorrow, I believe. He pitched like 40 pitches in the top of the 9th. They'll have to put Gagne in the closer spot tomorrow if necessary. Plus, this has to deflate the Brewers' momentum.

How about that take-out slide by Johnson? That put the momentum right back to the Cubs, scoring two to retake the lead right after the Brewers scored three to grab the lead away from us. And then getting a pair off Torres in the 9th and Marmol getting a couple strikeouts and a fly out to get the save.

Right at the beginning of Cubs Postgame Live, they finally brought out a Big Blue Train graphic that ran in front of Mark and Dan.

Ah.... hopefully the Brewers won't even get to where they need a closer.... hopefully that will be the Cubs need!

Wow what a game...I was really impressed to see the Cubs come back and gut this one out after seeing the Brewers take the lead in the 6th. It was huge to get on the board first with a win and now all the momentum I feel is on our side and thats good to have. 1 down and three to go. Don't know if my heart can take much more!

I forgot to state that tonight gives the Brewers their third loss in their last four, after starting the post-ASB 7-0, and those three losses were all at home. Losing to the Cubs was one thing, but they also lost two of three to the Astros.

I think (if I'm figuring this right) that the worst we can do in this series now if we lose every game is be one game back.... or we can sweep the rest of the series and create us some much needed breathing room.
