I have no problem with Bartman as I have said in the past. This guy was a true Cub Fan that was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I just remember him with his headphones on, assuming he was listening to Santo and Pat. He had been to spring training before. This has ruined his life. Nobody knows if Alou would have even caught the ball. Bartman didnt make the pitch that got roped down the line by DLee.

That is ridiculous . What makes you think Alou would have made that play when he bobbled an easier one than that in the next game ? There was other people going for it too. If he wasn't the closest it would have been someone else.
That poor guy gets grief from all the jack@sses that would have done the same thing.
