I am not sure where your Prince Fielder hate comes from. By all accounts, Fielder is a great teammate, plays the game hard and is one of the most productive hitters in baseball. Show me another player in baseball, who at the ripe young age of 27, has a resume as good as his.

Most baseball contract are ridiculous. Fielder's is no exception.

He has been as big as he is now over the last 7 years and he plays every day. He actually leads a pretty healthy life style. With his addition, the Tigers just became legitimate world series contenders.
