MLB will never approve Mark Cuban. He's too much of a distraction. He turned the Mavs around, but they've still failed to win it all.

I ask one thing from a new owner. The talent to win a championship. I'll watch the the game in a parking on one foot while dodging traffic if it means a World Series Championship.

Buy up the buildings around Wrigley and incorporate Clark and Addison into a newly designed Wrigley keeping the front . Build in the streets and bars and rooftops into the stadium.

2. build the deck parking they need .

1. I want to see elevated walkways over the busy streets....
2. I want him to hire someone who can find a way to eliminate the poles at Wrigley without totally defacing the look of the field. (May not be able to be done, but with money, anything can happen, right?)
3. I want to see the underwear ads GONE from the outfield doors!
