1969 NL East Replay

Last year, I started a 1969 NL East replay using Dynasty's baseball board game. It takes a long time to play 162 games for every NL East team. But I'm finally getting to the end of the project. I have a Yahoo site where I post the results of the games. I wanted a different ending to the season. One in which the Mets would not finish first and the Cubs would. After 157 games, The Mets and Cubs are tied for first. St. Louis is in third, 5.5 games out and Pittsburgh is in 4th.

Hmmm....Revisionist Baseball history programs, interesting

That's pretty cool. Care to share the Yahoo site??

I think I remember Bob Brenley talking about how he used to do the same thing.

I can do that. http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/cubs1969replay/
My wife and I were looking and have purchased a home. My replay is on hold for another week or so. Moving is almost as tough as the Cubs winning a World Series.

congratulations on the purchase of your new home! It is hard work, but it is well worth it once you are settled.
