Who is your favorite Cub player of all time?

I'd have to go with Ryno with Ron Santo in a close second.

Well actually, I haven't been around too long, but my favorite cubs player has to be Sammy Sosa. I grew up watching him when he was in his prime and he was just amazing. I know that sounds kinda bad with him corking that bat and all, but I look past that and focus on the amazing numbers he put up.

It's been a while first post I thought deserved a response. Andre Dawson. He is my childhood hero. Talk about wanting to win one for the Cubs. He was the Vlad Guerrero of the 80's and played for the league minimum in hopes of helping the cubs break the cycle of losing. 100% class. Ridiculous he is not in the Hall.

That's tough to pick one. Growing up it was Rick Monday. One of my first memories was of Monday hitting 3 consecutive homers off of the Phillies Rick Wise back in '72.
Sanderg, Santo, D. Lee and Doug Dascenzo.

I haven't been around long enough to see all the Cubs greats but my favorite would probably be Derrek Lee because of the way he handles himself on and off the field.

Current- Derek Lee
All Time- Andre Dawson
Honorible Mention- Keith Moreland. He wasn't the greatest player, but I've always liked him... The '84 Cubs might be one of my favorite teams of all time...
