The D-backs travel to Scottsdale, Ariz., on Tuesday to face the Giants. It will be Arizona's first look at Randy Johnson in a Giants uniform. The Big Unit pitched for the D-backs from 1999-2004 and 2007-08 before departing as a free agent in the offseason. Doug Davis will start for Arizona.
The Cubs will host the Oakland Athletics at HoHoKam Park, sending lefty Sean Marshall against former Chicago pitcher Sean Gallagher. This will be Marshall's second outing this spring. He's vying for the fifth starter spot in the rotation. Also scheduled to pitch is Andrew Cashner, the Cubs' No. 1 Draft pick from 2008.
