Reds announcers

Did anyone watch the game on Fox sports net Cinci? One of the annoucers was complaining about all the balls thrown on the field after Dunn hit his blasts. He said, " This is ridiculous, and quite frankly I'm sick of it!" He was really mad about and then went on to say the fans weren't as good they used to be and that they consume way too much alcohol.

We have this thing in our office. It is a fake form that someone found that we will pass around to different people that piss and moan about needless things. It's called a Hurt Feelings Report. It's freaking hilarious. I actually just found a link for it. We should figure out a way to send it to this announcer. He needs to get over his issues.

Almost all of tonight's sports central was about that, but it was the RADIO side of it... Marty Brennaman took his "moaning" over the line and totally went off on this unbelievable tangent (unbelievable because as of up until I heard the clip tonight of what he said I had respect for his announcing.....but after I heard him say that it's because of the Cub fans he roots for the Cubs to lose and that the Cub fans are the worst in baseball and that the sportswriters can talk about the Cubs winning the division all they want because when it is all said and done, the Cubs will find a way to lose, because they are the Cubs...." etc.

It was beyond professional. Had it been on a professional level I wouldn't have had such a problem with it, but he sounded like that Cardinal fan that works in your office with you and throws the goat, 100 years, and drunk Cub fans back into your face.

It's lucky I didn't hear him! How unprofessional. Why are so many of the other teams' announcers so anti-Cubs? It's ridiculous. The other day when Chip Caray was announcing for the Phillies on TBS, he couldn't say it enough times, that DeRo didn't really have a home run, that it was a bad call, and that's why the Cubs are winning the game, etc. And remember last year when Daron Sutton couldn't stop dissing Aramis? I was ready to string him up by his ball$!

Wow! I didn't here that part from the radio, but the tv broadcasters were saying about the same thing except they blamed it on the alcohol consumption at Wrigley.
