O'Malley is minor-league roster filler with no future in the bigs. The team has several guys higher on the depth chart. It'll be Miller until he loses the job to Guzman.

I would like to see Miller get it. I liked what he has done so far. I would like to see him also get a complete game shutout against the Astros..lol.

If Guzman pitches well today, we won't know until closer to opening day. If Guzman pitches bad today, then Miller will have the upper hand.

I really dont care who wins it as long as they are reliable. My question is, what happens to Miller if Guzman wins it? I dont see him in the pen or the minors, and I dont think we could much for him tradewise since he is coming off injuries.

While I want Guzman to win the job, I think Piniella will go with Miller just because he is more experienced.
